Please print out the 2011 Charity Challenge Poster if you would like to post it at your office, terminal, or to distribute to the public.

The Sponsor Sheet needs to be printed by all drivers and turned in at the Charity Challenge on September 11th with your donation.

If you are registering online you do not need to print the Driver Registration Form or the Driver Information Form below. These forms are for drivers who choose not to register online.

TIP: Print the Charity Challenge poster on the back of the Sponsor Sheet so you will have all of the information with you for fundraising.
